House Palm Ridge

As part of their Birthday Wish list, Radio 702 granted a wish to Mrs Reid-Ross to provide a new house to her domestic worker Mrs Chauke in Soshanguve, Pretoria. Lonmin Platinum Mine pledged to build the house as part of the CSR initiative and donated this on behalf of Radio 702. Due to our long standing relationship with Lonmin, Enyuka were then approached to provide full QS services for the construction of the dwelling.

The project entailed but was not limited to new floor and wall finishes, ceilings, re-fixing of the roof sheeting, bedroom and kitchen fittings, new Plumbing & Drainage and Electrical installations.
