The Construction of an approximately 730 m2 in floor area a new maternity clinic at Botshabelo clinic. The clinic consist of face brick structure with a light weight metal roof structure with coloured IBR profile steel roof sheeting. Internal finishing will include face brick finish to the walls, fiber cement ceiling, the floor coverings are a combination of vinyl floor tile and ceramic floor tiles.
The Construction of New Auditorium and Hall, with kitchen and ablution facilities approximately 1556m2. The structure comprising of reinforced concrete columns with infill brickwork with plaster and paint externally and internally, Stone cladding in sections, Steel roofing sheeting, aluminum windows and shopfronts externally, timber doors internally. The floor finish consists of a combination of tiled floors and carpeted floors on sand cement screed.
The Construction of Ga-Rena Township and Housing Development (Phase 2) comprises of the construction of 494 units split among 11 blocks, each three storeys high.
The project consists of the bulk infrastructure for the township and housing development in the Polokwane area. The bulk infrastructure includes Bulk Earthworks to level out the site, Roads with parking, Stormwater inclusive of an Attenuation pond, Sewer, Water and Electrical Reticulation to the site. Furthermore, the construction of Drying yards, General Dealers and Gate Houses for the Township.
The construction of the blocks comprises of brick walls, rib & blocks concrete slabs, Facebrick external façade, plaster and painted walls internally, timber roof construction with “Klip-Lok” steel roof sheeting with “Chromadek” finish, semi-solid doors internally, framed doors externally, carpets in bedrooms and floor tiles in all other areas, mild steel windows throughout, bathroom and kitchen installations with their various sanitary fittings, plastered and painted ceilings.
The project consisted of the construction of a 9 200m2 Community Health Clinic, with a full suite of services including trauma, Labor, Neonatal, Psychiatric, Dental, Pharmacy and Ancillary Services.
The hospital was designed as a single storey structure with inter leading passages connecting the various service units of the hospital. The external faced comprised face brick with aluminum windows. Internal finishes ranged from plaster and paint to tiled surfaces. The roof was constructed of a structure steel truss system with colored metal roof sheets.

The residential units consisted 801 units with a combination of free standing units and low rise blocks. The size of the units ranged from 80m 2 to 260m 2 , with up market fittings and finishes.
Phase 1A is part of a larger mixed housing development spreading over 20 Hectares of land, comprising Social Housing units, Student accommodation and Freestanding houses to cater for the various LSMs within the Secunda housing market. Phase 1A comprises of the construction of 800 units split among 1 and 2 bedroom units. The bulk infrastructure includes Bulk Earthworks to level out the site, Roads with parking, Stormwater inclusive of an Attenuation ponds, Sewer, Water and Electrical Reticulation to the site. The Construction of New Fitness Centre and Media Centre, the project scope comprises of inspection of existing Municipal approved plans, preliminary investigations and detailed design of all outstanding information on both the Media and Fitness Centre. The Fitness Centre comprises of a gymnasium, swimming pool, offices, the ablution blocks and the spa room. The external façade of the building is made of a structural steel and brickwork that is finished with plaster and paint internally and stone cladding externally. The Media Centre comprises of a hall and auditorium, and the block of offices.

The Project entailed the construction and rehabilitation of all surface infrastructure at K4 Shaft. This included the construction of Administrative buildings, HR Offices, New 5000 man industrial changes houses in four blocks, security gatehouses and new lamp room. Ancillary buildings included a Taxi rank, hawker’s stalls, and bus depot, the upgrade of roads as well as new sewer and water reticulation. The construction of buildings varied from conventional brick and mortar structures with timber roofs to structural steel portal framed industrial buildings.
The scope of the works entailed, the upgrading of bulk services, (water, sewer, storm water and electrical) to the existing sport facility. Construction of two Futsal courts and upgrade of two soccer pitches, new tennis and basketball courts, construction of new roads, paving and landscaping and irrigation to the facility. Construction commenced in February 2017 and completion was achieved in November 2017.

The Extension to Engineering Block comprises of the alterations of internal divisions, floor finishes, new suspended ceilings and the addition of a 2 nd floor to the building to increase laboratory capacity. The additional floor includes a structural steel frame with brick infill and structural steel roof with chromadek sheeting. The external façade comprises of face brick and aluminium windows and shopfronts. The additional floor has been designed to match the existing.
